Sialscribe Publishing Agency is established as a subsidiary entity and operates as a co-company under the administrative and legal umbrella of Sialkot Institute of Science and Technology (Private) Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 (XIX of 2017) of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
All operations, agreements, financial transactions, intellectual property rights, and publishing activities undertaken by Sialscribe Publishing Agency shall be legally bound by, and in accordance with, the charter, policies, and corporate governance structure of Sialkot Institute of Science and Technology (Private) Limited.
The subsidiary shall function in alignment with its parent company’s strategic objectives, and its assets, liabilities, and contractual obligations shall ultimately be the responsibility of the parent company, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement
